Location: West London (Notting Hill, Chelsea, Kensington)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 1-3 construction sites
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Upholding quality standards and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman with the General Builder background
- Valid driving license
- Residency in West London, preferably in close proximity to project sites
- Building qualifications are advantageous but not essential
